on 10-23-06 i went to the doctors , rember to get your flu shot, i lost 8LBS in 1 1/2 weeks. i was so phycied about this. as i had gained 4 LBS and was trying to lose it. i got my flu shot and it made my arm hurt like heck, my B-12 injections don't hurt as bad, have any of you had a similar experernce?
i have been told that i need to take a protien suppliment now. i am im physical therapy and working on my body and it seems that i may be buring my muscle and not stregething them so they want me to take a supplement. any one else in the same boat?
