"After reading the other reviews of St. Lukes, I was a bit apprehensive. I kept a good attitude and got out of there in three days.The staff was great and gave me time alone, which I really need after having surgery.the bed I had was broken and that's about the only negative thing I can think of.My overall experience was great.Everyone was kind and informative, not pushy. They allowed my husband to stay late and hang out all day.Whenever I pushed the call button, someone was there within 5-10 min. Overall score-9-"
"Dr. Juarez is very busy and to the point. I thought the ABC classes were great! Very informative and helpful -great way to get on track.The office staff has been great thus far. I haven't had my surgery yet (I'm scheduled for Sep.6th),so I'm not sure about the aftercare. They did already set me up with my post-op appt. which surprised me. I believe surgical competence is definitely more important than bedside manner but, a little doesn't hurt .I wanna know that my surgeon can be called in case of emergency, etc. I don't need someone to hold my hand."
