"I first met Dr. Floyd at the WLS seminar. I was able to speak with him for several minutes after the seminar. Deciding to have the surgery was not an issue, as I had tried to get approved once before but loss my insurance before I could get approval.
I was thrilled with Dr. Floyd's bedside manner. He is really easy going, but at the same time he will be completely honest with you. He doesn't pull any punches and lets you know ahead of time the seriousness of this decision. Some people may find this directness to be a little uncaring, but I found it very refreshing.
The office staff is superb. There is not enough room here for me to say how great Kenny is at his job. If he got a raise for every compliment I have heard directed toward him he would be making more than the surgeons...lol.
Overall I give him two thumbs up.
