Lap Banding

I am thinking of getting the Lap Banding done. Two things are stopping me. One is the cost. I cannot seem to be able to find out how much this is gonna cost me out of pocket or someone who will finance this.
Second is I would like to do it in Arlington. I don't know how to go about finding a Dr. who does it in Arlington.
Every sugestion is welcome.
