10 WEEK APT

Well hello OB Family I went for my 10 week apt I got there and everything seems to be going AAAAA OK for me I am now down to 170.0 per the office scale and my scale says 168.5 so at least I know its not much difference in the scale I am pleased to know this gotta go get my labs and then I really will be pleased if all is well there. Thank GOD!!!!

WELL FOLKS I WENT FOR MY 1ST POST OP APPT TODAY AND IT WENT OK I GUESS I AM STILL HAVING SOME DISCOMFORT OF PAIN IN MY UPPER ABD WHERE THEY REPAIRED MY HITAL HERNIA THAT DEAL THERE IS A BY**CH I MEAN FOR REAL IT IS A PAIN I WENT BACK TO WORK ON 12/30/09 TO 12 HRS IT WAS ROUGH BUT HEY GOTS TO GET MINE. I KNEW MY LIMITATIONS BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS A LI TIRED BUTALL IS WELL THE DOC INFORMED ME THAT DUE TO THE FACT THEY HAD TO PULL MUSCLE TOGETHER TO FIX MY HERNIA IT WILL BE SORE FOR A WHILE. IT NEEDS TO GET BETTER SOON I HAVE A LOT OF THINGS TO GET DONE IN THIS NEW YEAR AND I DONT NEED ANY SET BACKS OR PROBLEMS. I AM GOING TO SEE THE NUT FRIDAY WHEN I GO TO THE GYM TO CHAT WITH HER A BIT. I HATE PUREE FOODS ANY WAY U PUSH, PULL OR DRAG IT SO I GOTTA GET UP WITH HER ABOUT IT. MY VIT REGIMEN IS KOOL BUT JUST NEED TO TALK ABOUT OTHER WAYS OF PROTEIN CUZ NOW IM ONLY GETTING IN 1 PROTEIN SHAKE A DAY 17GM I THINk I NEED TO GET MORE IN YA KNOW? WELL I GUESS FOR NOW I DID AT LEAST 20LBS WHO HOO FOR NOW SEE YA

HELLO OH FAMILY WHATS GOING ON WELL I WOULD LIKE TO THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR HELPFUL RESPONSES! DESPITE THE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN! I AM DOING MUCH BETTER DESPITE THE HITAL HERNIA PAIN MAN THAT PAIN IS A BYTCH!!!! IT IS TAKING SO MUCH LONGER TO HEAL BUT HEY IM COMING ALONG I GOT MY VITAMINS ON DECK AND TAKING THEM AS MY DOC DIRECTED AND ALL IS WELL I JUST HOPE I WILL BE WELL ENOUGH TO GET A LIL MORE SHOPPING IN IF NOT THATS KOOL TOO. AS LONG AS I GET WELL. MAYBE BY NEW YEARS EVE I WILL BE ABLE TO SHAKE MY TAIL FEATHER!!! LMBO!!!!!

Pain in my esophagus!!!

Well today I have another grip my dayum throat is killing me and I dont know why???? I called the doctor office at exactly 0900 and finally got a call around 500pm that kinda ticked me but I guess when u are sick you think its all about u well at least I did. They informed me that the pain I was feeling was normal in my throat due to the hital hernia surgery in additon to the GB but as far as my abd in the other sites hurting well they really dont. Only if pressure is applied I am having a problem trying to know how much I should be drinking yes I sip constantly buy I dont know how much is too much any ideas? well Im ok for now thanks again for some of you alls prayers!

Surgery!!!!!!!! I Made It!!!!!!

Well Folks I made it to the other side with the grace of GOD, family, and friends!!! I ad my surgery on Dec 14, 2009 at 12:30 at AMC The experience went well I was not scared my daughter and best friend from KY came to support me and all went well I though until I came back from surgery. I didnt recall speaking with the surgeon after surgery but my family told me there were some complications I looked up like WTH??? They told me I had a hital hernia which as fixed! Thank GOD for that so that is why I am having a lil more pain in my upper incision and my throat feels like wow kinda like I have a lump stuck in it. But other that Im on this side of the bench now why dont somebody skoot ova so I can have room......LMBOOOOOO.

HELLO FOLKS WELL I HAD MY PRE OP VISIT TODAY AND LAWD HAVE MERCY !!!!! I GOT THERE AT 0730 AM AND THEN LEFT AT DAYUM NEAR 300 NOW U KNOW THAT IS ENTIRELY TO LONG TO WAIT FOR SOME PRE-OP NOW MY DOCTOR OFFICE AND THE SURGEON SPEAKING TO US CONCERNING THE ANESTHESIA AND SURGERY WAS KOOL BUT THEN YOU HAD TO GO DOWN STAIRS TO THE HOSPITAL FOR LAB, CXR, ECT THAT IS WHAT TOOK TO LONG !!!!!1 IMA HAVE TO SEND IN SOME SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO DO THAT JUST MY OPINION AND HOW THERE COULD BE A DIFFERENT WAY TO DO THINGS!!!!! OTHER THAN THAT ALL WENT WELL. AND i HAVE MY EGD TOMORROW WILL POST MORE LATER TIME IS A TICKEN AWAY YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. 5 DAYS LEFT!!!! AND I LOST 3 MORE POUNDS SINCE LAST TUE WOW 3 IN A WEEK IS GOOD TO ME SO I CAN JUST IMAGINE HOW ITS GONNA GO DOWN BAYBEE!!!!

My new angel!!!!!

Well I guess today I have some bad post and some good post first of all I started getting sick last night I felt real cold while out shopping yesterday, and said to myself Dayum it here it comes. Why me? I had to take a class (pals) at work today and it was cold as fo-shezille! So the nose running, coughing , and snotting started I thought to myself OMG!!!! Here I am 9 days out and I got a freakin cold!! But its all good Imma bout to beat this I started to feel sorry for myself then I get this call for someone here on OH that I had left a message for and Lawd have mercy she has cheered me up beyond words could compare. was searching for an angel that had already had the surgery and "Blessing4 Life" stepped up we laughed and talked and now I feel much better knowing someone here close understands what Im going through Thank u blessings for that your real and I like that. So now I got my Deeva head screwed back and and it on and popping again!!!! Just gotta shake this cold and get get get it folks. I go for my pre-op visit tuesday to see anes and lab wrok then its down hill from there Im gonna be A OK YA DIG!!!!!

Hello folks well today was my first official visit with My surgeon he was kool we chatted a bit gave me some explainations and that was that He did inform me that I had to return to go thru a pre-op class next week with the anesthsiologist and lab work not to mention I have to have a EGD next week prior to suregery did anyone else have to do this? Oh well it is what it is I am so happy but still a lil nervous but anyhoo my weight is now 207 so its official I can't gain any more with the grace of GOD I will make it through!!

Well folks thought I'd get one more post in before the holiday tomorrow and my BIRTHDAY being saturday. Today I'm at work and I am back to gaining weight 209.7 I'm like WTH the holiday dont start till 2morrow anywho this will be my last and finally pigout holiday and birthday, alothough it is my birthday and my plans are too (AS THE KIDS SAY BALL OUT OF CONTROL) Im gonna drink and party till my heart desire with all plans that starting DEC1st only leaves me 14 days till my rebirth and my new birthday. I thought Its gotta be great 2 birthday within weeks of each other so I gotta be blessed one way or the other.Yes I am nervous but I have put it all in GODS hands and what will be will be, Im ready really over ready!! I have not gotten an angel yet but just knowing I have the H A I C HEAD ANGEL IN CHARGE I will be alright! until after the holiday I'll hollar Deevalicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont go there mama look So I backed down!! And did as I was told well the Iv deal went ok 2 sticks which is not bad since my veins are tiny. The nurse was pleasant and great waited about 20 min and was off and running to the OR. Once I got there seen my surgeron off the bat and ans the same millions of questions and then they anes PA said oh I see you will be getting a lil extra twilight I said yep!!! I'm a cutter upper see laughed and said alrighty then I asked what it was and she tried to diss me and said a lil meds that relax u and some meds t dry up the secretions. I repeated the ? 2 her and asked her again what it was she tried to play me again and said some lil sleepy meds
I was ticked (maybe I got up on the wrong side of the bed) Then the anes came over introduced herself I said am I getting Versed and Demerol and atropine she looked at me and said no you will be getting ect....... I said why couldnt the PA tell me that she said she didnt relize you would know!! Wow!!!!! what diff does it make anywho she asked did I know about the meds then I informed her yes I also was a nurse she looked and aplolgized I told her reguardless if I was in the medical field or not she should have said the name and kept it movin. When she went back to the PA and 
Her face was like 
I closed my eyes and enjoyed the ride LOLOLOLOL..................
