"The hospital intake and surgical staff were both excellent. Unfortunately, the floor nursing staff left a lot to be desired. Even though my floor was not full, the wait for assistance was always extensive. I was left on the porta-potty for almost 10 minutes the night after my surgery, and I later found out that both the nurse and the nurse assistant were not busy attending to other patients like they said, but sitting around talking! I've only stayed in the hospital overnight three times (all child birth) before and all three of those experiences were better than this one! I'm glad it's over!"
