i SO know how you feel since i went through the same thing. i stayed persistant like you are doing and stayed on top of it and got my approval 10 days later. i called every day until they finally let me talk to the head of appeals. just hang in there and keep trying!!!! you'll be in my thoughts. blessed be~

Hi Donna, You may be able to just write down all the different diets you have been on. In my case. I took Phen-Fen and that was in my medical records. Don't give up. Some Drs have a diet list and you can check off which diets you have been on. Maybe you can get a copy of one. I was turned down by one dr and I didn't give up...just started calling other drs and found one that would do my surgery with the meds I am on. Best Wishes...

Dear Donna.........a friend sent me a nice message that you pass around by e-mail. It was about how if you died your work could replace you quicklyand forget about you but not your family. And the moral of the message was don't pour your life into your work but your family.....................Let your work cry all they want but your loyalties are to your family first. What better gift can you give them than a healthy energetic you and more years of you being around. I hope this helps. take care :)
