"I felt Dr. Jawad is fine. His staff seem very knowledgeable and competent. I did feel my overall experience pre-op was a little like a \"sugery\" mill. Not a lot of warmth or real personal connection with patients. I'm very confident that I'll receive quality care from Dr. Jawad but I'm not naive enough not to realize that this is a business....a very successful business. rnrnPost op: Still confident in Dr. Jawad! I would highly recommend him and his staff. Hard to establish any other relationship with a 5 minute walkthrough my hospital room.
