VSG Update!

Hello,
I had vsg surgery with Dr Brian Lane at UTMC in Toledo, OH on August 19, 2009. My highest weight was 274 and now I am at 188 (86 pounds lost) today. What a blessing this surgery is. I have struggled with my weight since 1981 and now am able to diet and exercise to successfully lose the weight with no struggle. VSG mean hope to me and I feel it is a true gift from God.
It has not all been easy but I am looking forward to losing a total of 110 - 120 total pounds. I am hoping to do this as soon as it is healthy!
