I am 47 years old and I've been overweight since the 5Th grade. I gained most of my weight when I was pregnant with my 3 child I gained 65 lbs and she only weighed 6 lbs I lost none of that weight and gained more with my 4 pregnancy and it never stop after that.
I have been married 23 years and have 5 kids and 3 granddaughters.
I started looking into the Gastric Bypass since Nov 2008 and finally the big day is near I will be having my surgery on Jan 25,2010 at Scrips Hospital in San Diego at 10:30am. My weight as of today is 328. I am looking forward for a Healthy life I currently have high blood pressure and Diabetes. I can't wait until I can go to a store and not have to go to the plus size section. I will be able to go to amusement parks with my grandchildren and ride the rides with them and not have to sit and wait for them to ride the rides. I have lots of support from all of my family and co workers and customers and I am so grateful to all of them and thankful for this opportunity to change my life for myself and family. I can hardly wait until my knee pain is gone and NO MORE PILLS!
