I Deb, I just read your post about protein. You are so right about it. You drinks shakes, I get mine by eating high protein meats, cheese and Lean Cuisine dinners(small ones) My doc said my blood work is great. anyhow you are doing great. I follow the rule of High Proteins, 64oz water and exercise. & vitamins. Bless you on your wl journey and keep up the good work. ~*~Hugs~*~
