"My first impression was GREAT!! She does not give you the "I'm a Dr. and you're not, so already I am better than you" attitude! I liked her relaxed approach. She sat down, relaxed and talked to me like we knew each other. She gave me the time I needed to make sure all my questions were answered and explained everything else that I needed to know. It was not an "in & out" visit, it was thurough! I also really like her nurse practicianer! I assume that they both will have great bedside manner. I think having both surgical competence & bedside manner are important. I'm sure they won't let me down with either. "
