"I loved Dr Hammer. He works with a team--psychologist, nutritionist, physical therapist; you see everyone before and regularly after. Before they would even consider you for surgery you had to go to a seminar where they explained all the risks--not a sales pitch at all. He's very big on aftercare, which I think is vital. I find him to be very understanding and professional at the same time."
