I am about 1 1/2 years post op and I couldn' t be happier. I no longer have diabetes or high blood pressure and I no longer have to walk with a cane. I went from a size 24-26 to a 14-16 and I am still losing. I thank God everyday for this surgery because it has saved my life.

Hello all and thank you for all of the nice wishes. I am now officially post op and home and doing fine. I love my adjustable gastric band! I still can't believe that I have done this....can't wait for my new life to begin.
