Not the Same Dawn
I was born in Montana to a long line of cattle raisers. I was so afraid that I would never be able to eat beef again but was willing to give that up to be healthy. Turns out that I can eat beef and it's VERY GOOD. I only have trouble with mystery meat like pork sausage or bacon and ham. No telling what additives are in that stuff so it's not a big problem for me to skip that sort of food. I don't eat sugar anymore or carbonated beverages at all. And I don't miss them either. I switched to soy milk so that I can still eat stuff like frozen fat free yogurt (make it myself) and some cereal with milk. What I really like to indulge in is sugar free cookies and a cup of soy milk....Yum.
I've lost 99 pounds and I'm way below my personal goal of 150 pounds. I never in my wildest dreams believed that Dr Pehrsson was right when he said I could go as low as 125...I thought he was crazy but he was right on the money...
