I am not good with talking about myself! I am going to try! I will start with ~Honesty~ I really am not honest with myself very often. I have been reading and researching and realizing ~ I have issues~ is getting the lap band going to help this? No, certainly not. Do I need to do this for my health? Absolutely! Will I make the necessary life style changes? I will! Am I scared to death? Yeah. I am. If I don't do this and make the changes, I will die. I won't be here to see my grandson grow up. I won't be here for my kids. I won't see my future grandkids. I won't be here for my brother.
