"I called for my 1st consult 6/4 and received an open appointment 2 weeks later due to a cancellation. I have heard wonderful things about Brenda, and she seemed very nice on the phone. She is sending a packet of info out to me to fill out before the appointment. Will update later. 6/18/01 - I went for my initial consultation - I arrived early and was seen by Brenda pretty close to my appointment time. Brenda was very nice and helpful. Explained paperwork and insurance info. Afterwards she returned me to the waiting room and I waited about an hour to talk to Dr. Williams. My first impression was very good. He was very caring and understanding of my problems and told me about the procedure and what to expect. Definelty felt I was a good candidate for the procedure. Said that he can give me this procedure but the rest is up to me. This is a life changing procedure but I need to be willing to make changes as well. He explained the risks of the surgery as well as how they have tried to minimize those risks. I really liked Dr. Williams and feel confident that he is the right doctor for me and I was surprised (but pleased) that he said once my insurance approval is received, I'd be looking at 4-6 weeks till surgery. "
