well.. today is august 13, 2012, this has been the hardest day for me in a long time. Im super depressed. Im going to Kingston for a breathe test and the barium swallow. Have to stop my Tecta tomorrow and Im seriously dreading it. My heart burn is so awful its hard to function. Im so thankful for many things in my life but being fat seems to over shadow them:(
