i haven't posted much on this site because i thought that i would never be able to get this done. I have been a member on here for like 4 years and have read many of your posts but now its time i write my own. Tomorrow i start my two week liquid diet and i must say that reality has finally sunk in that this is actually gonna happen. its very overwhelming for me so if anyone has any pointers they would like to share with me or anything i would greatly appeciate it.
