 I am not good at writing and  bear with me while i do this. I am now almost 8 weeks post op and down 53lbs in total. Im feeling great overall, having some issues with food and it tasting good. Lately i have been sticking to my yogurt, apple sauce protein shakes and as much liquids as i can get in. Overall im very happy and have been sleeping better and just happier overall. 

I saw my surgeon on Monday and he said i am right on track with where is should be and that was great to hear. I am swimming every other day 50 25 m laps and will soon go up to 65 so its then a 2mile swim. I had an infected incision that is perfect now and the scars are slowly fading. Dr Christou said within 6 months they will be almost invisible. 

Its the wierdest feeling to have people saying all the time how great i look and my skin is glowing and i look happy. Hard take the compliments  as i dont see the change very much. I know  my clothe are getting bigger, but i dont really want to go buy new ones cause im afraid ill still be in those sz 24 pants even though i know im not. 

It will be interesting to see what my Bf thinks when he finally sees me when i go to Jamaica in May or June to see him. As he has not seen me since last Sept!!! Imagine the look.....i dont think he knows really what he will see!!  Its almost burve racking. He has seen my pic on fb but we all know pics dont always do justice.
