3 weeks out! 23lbs lost. yiippiee!!! getting better. I still have some pain by the end of each day. I am realizing each day my pain is less and less. Very confused as to what to eat. I have started solids but still lots of soft foods. I eat lots of salmon, fish, and egg whites. Trying to find ways to get my protein intake in and stay away from fatty foods. So far easy to stay away from fatty foods but challenging to create a food schedule to follow.
