"Dr. Deveney gave the orientation presentation about WLS and I was extremely impressed with him and very much at ease knowing he would be my surgeon. He was straight forward about the possible complications and overall risks of WLS, but even given the risks, Dr. Deveney's confidence and professionalism made me feel at ease rather than more fearful. This is what helped me make the final decision that WLS was the most important thing I could choose for myself at this point in my life. The office staff are very cordial and respectful, and this also helped me feel secure in my choice. Future patients should know they may not find a better surgeon than Dr. Deveney.
