Well it is the night before I am to start my 3 weeks of Optifast. I remember when I went to my surgeon's appt. to get my Opti and my surgery date. I said to my mom that I want my last meal to be at the Mandarin or Georgian Downs. But as the time got closer to my start date of Opti I decided I really didn't want a "last meal" ...it is just food. Even when I was eating my supper tonight I am thinking I am so tired of how I have let food rule my life and as of tomorrow morning that will not be. So as I start my new journey all I will say right now is...CHEERS!
