Today was the begining of my wt loss journey, a few weeks ago I decided that i would quit my job and focus on me, also decided that it was time to loose this wt once and for all and so wls was now not and option but a must. A few wks ago I went to my pcp and she said that she was very happy with my decision that she had sum patients that had this surgery and that the outcome was good, I explained to her that i had a Surgeon in mind to what she reply tht she also new a dr so she sent me to a G.I> dr to wich i told her that i think she was sending me to the wrong MD and she just insisted and insisted that no thats the dr you have to go see, So fine I go and guess what>>>>>>>> what a waste this dr does not do the wls but she offered to an endoscopy and talk to me all this bolony on how it would be at my best interested to this before i even spoke to a surgeon it was as if she ws trying to sell me something a used car of sum sort so I went home I did not get upset I just called my pcp schedule an appt to her nxt wk and call the surgeon that i had in mind an schedule an appt to see him, so my appt's goes as follows:
pcp sept 19th 2007 12:45
wls conference( a must prior to consult) oct 4th 1:00
consult w/ surgeon november 30 th
If anyones read this how soon do u think I ll be having this surgery?
