Its been a month- I havent lost much weight at all but im feeling good and i know once i start my workout I will see better results.
Anyone have any advice on how to jump start my weight loss!?

starting the pre op diet. :( But im so excited too! I wish the day would just get here!
My boyfriend is so supportive, wish my family was too. I could really use them to be happy with me right now

im a self pay and so i decided to go to mexico for my sleeve surgery. But now that my family is freakin out about it, i have looked into a place in Michigan, Its alot more $. Is it really worth it? Plus in the states u have so many hoops to jump through! What do i do?
