Hi Cheri, I just read through your profile and WOW, good for you!!! I'm 4 mos post op and sure wish that I could eat more. I've never been able to eat the 1/2 cup of food, no matter the food! Your profile gives me hope, that some day I'll be able to eat more normally! Keep up the great work!!! Joanie

Cheri, Thanks for sharing about the depression that can happen due to our false expectations about our post-op bodies. I am glad that you were able to cope with it. I think that I am going to be very realistic about what my body is going to be like after this. Also, You look great! I wouldn't mind being YOU anyday!

Thank you for posting such detailed information. I have read tons of posts, but yours is the first one I've printed because it contains such useful information regarding your post-op regimen. I also went to your website to see your pictures and you look great. I'm about the same starting weight and I hope to reach a goal of 130 as well. Thanks again and congratulations.
