Hello , my story is alot like everyone elses. Except I lost my dad and my sister one year apart. Heart disease runs strong in my family ,we are a family of big eaters. it's unusual for anyone in my family to live to age 70. Now that I have grandchildren , it's time to get healthy so they will know me. I never knew my grandfathers , they died before I was born. Two of my three children have weight issues and I'm hoping they will follow suit and opt for surgery as well. I already have insurance approval and will be meeting with my dr. on Aug. 30. My current weight after a seven month diet is 268, i'm hoping to lose at least 100 lbs.

7months out and I'm 100lbs.down still hopeing to lose another 50 before my 1 year check up. All is going great and life is so much better.
