Well, where to start. My name is Cynthia. I'm a happy person. I've been overweight all my life and think I could've been an even happier person had I not been. I've struggled to get all of this weight off but I just can't seem to do it on my on. Im here for help. In the process of having lapband surgery. Anxious and nervous.
