I have reached my first Goal-My weight is now 372

Praise the Lord. I went to my mom’s house today and got on her scale. My weight was 372. I could not believe it. My goal was to hit 384 and I passed it. I passed it. I wanted to cry I was so happy. That means that I have lost a total of 59 pounds. I am so happy. Words cannot explain how happy I truly am. Loosing weight is not easy. Even with surgery there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. Until Next Time.

My weight is now 394. I am taking things one day at a time aqnd my goal right now is to reach 384 as my smallest weight was 385. Once their I will set a new goal for myself. Maybe 350 but the key is to take things one day at a time.

I went to the doctor for my follow up and I am down to 410 since my surgery date on 4/6/09. To date I have lost a total of 21 pounds. This is not easy and I often find myself thinking about those foods I shouldn't have. What I do is journal often, surround myself with positive people and stay in constant contact with my nutritionist. My new goal is to get a personal trainer within the next two weeks.
