Hi! My name is Crystal Jessup. I am 23 years old. I have been Happily Married for 5 years. I have been overweight my entire life. I am so excited about my wls journey. All I have left to do is my phsyc eval 5/13/08 and then my nutrionist on 5/22/08. I have my initial appt with Dr. Bauman on May 29, 2008. I have evertything done and DR Baumans office is sending my stuff to the insurance company 7/4/08. UPDATE- I got my approval today, 8/13/08. I am Having surgery on Oct 3rd. I am so excited!
