Well, it is confirmed that my file is with the Dr. but no updates at this point, I tend to get so fustrated about checking daily and nothing....but I think that is me.  I'm sure that it is a lot more people out here waiting for the same things as me.....so I think that I'm not going to check Exemplo for the rest of the week......yeah right.....but it does me a world of good to be able to go out on OH and read others progress, and read the stories of so many peoples journey.....it is amazing.....I'm really thankful for this site, cause sometimes I think some people just can not relate to my struggle, but here I read some of the same hopes, dreams, wishes and concerns that I have and I think of daily, so a big Thanks to OH.....

OK, Everything is in the Dr.'s office now, and I'm waiting on a email response from Dr. Baumans office, I can imagine how busy they are, but Gosh, I did not realize how much I want this to happen, I think that I'm driving myself crazy, I want to be persistent but not annoying......and I sure that people may be vacation during this time....so I'm working on patience....

Well, of course I went to my PCP office to pick up my paperwork, and I faxed it over myself, so hopefully everything is there, I think I'm going to send copies via mail to just to make sure it is received.  Whew!!!! The ball is rolling again.....Thank Goodness....Now, I can wait some more...

I received an email, today from my surgeons office that they are still waiting on my lab work from my Dr.'s office, which they have everything and it should all have been sent almost a week ago....this is so nerve racking, I'm trying so hard to be understanding and recognized that things happen in time, but I spent 4 days trying to contact someone in my PCP's office just to have them send the letter from my Dr.  I'm going to that Dr. office first thing to get my lab work and send it over....myself.  I'm so fustrated right now, I know all things can not go smoothly all the time, but when they are on point when taking my co-pay, and billing my insurance company.  They should be on point when sending documents that is already in the file to send.....I have this off of my chest....

Received email from Angie, with  Dr. Bauman's office, my information from my PCP has been recieved, GOOD, so now I wait and see if I recieve approval from my insurance company.  I love the way, CLWS updates there website, to at least give you an idea where you are in the process. 

I finally received confirmation from my PCP that my information would be faxed today, I have never has such fustration trying to get someone on the phone, to ask, well confirm if my information has been faxed.....so of course I found out that my physician's assistant went on vacation before completing everything and left on her desk....after a week of calling and leaving messages.  Now, I wait to hear from my surgeon.....

I had my follow-up with my PCP, he is so cool, but still concerned about my blood pressure....trying a new pill without HCT, per the nutritionist, she advised that I do not need to be on that....so he changed it....I must say...my doctors are working as a team, he did advised that he is writing up the referral letter, along with the report of all my results and sending it over to Dr. Bauman.....so I'am getting kinda of excited about it....although I'm having to take a antibiotic for H-Pylori bacteria and acid reflux....never knew I had until all the test that Dr.Bauman required.......I must say I have been sharing with my friends bit by bit my plans, and I have been getting a positive response from all that I have shared with....which it making me more and more confident in my decision, not that I was not already confident....how about I just say that I'm happy I have more support in my corner....which is always good....

I have completed all the required things that Dr. Bauman advised that I complete, I have been at this since Feb. 2007, so yes, I'm a little impatient, I had my UGI procedure done, and that was my last scheduled appointment other than follow-up with my PCP, this is required before he would fax over the test results to Dr. Bauman, kinda curious to hear what he has to say.... I know he is concerned about my BP we are having a time getting it under control with the medicine, so I have gone to watching my sodium intake.....once I get all the Test results to Dr. Bauman maybe I can get a Surgery date......so until then we wait.....
