Well I am a little last posting that I have decided to go to Paramedic school. I am just a semester behind Pete which works out nice for me. I check on you guys as often as I can.
I love you all.

Well Peter gratulated from EMT school. Then he decided to continue on to Paramedic school.
I let him talk me into going through the EMT school. I am working on that now. My future plan is to go on to Nursing school. I have a few classes to get out of the way before they will let me apply.I hope to get started on those next semester.

We are waiting and praying that the sale of two of our rental houses goes through real soon. Looks like it could happen next week. The plan is to use this money to quit work and go back to school. This is the perfect time for this. Last week on March 23,2007 I lost a patient that I loved very much. My heart is broken right now. He was really more than just a patient he was a friend.
Then I threw my back out Wednesday March 28. My body just can not keep up with this job much longer. I really love the work I do even if it is the dirty work of caring for the elderly. Doing this work weighing what I do is just plain too much for my body.

I can not even tell you how great of a time we had. I was able to meet some new people and get to know some I already knew so much better. I hope everyone can join us next time. And there will be a next time soon.

I can not believe it is time to go. I bought some new outfits just for this vacation back in November. I do not know why I have waited till two days before time to go to start hemming the pants and sleeves. I worked on a couple of them last night and I still have a jacket to hem the sleeves and a pair of pants to hem tonight. Then I also have to START packing. Last minute panic oh how I love it. It will work out and we will have a good time. I will accept nothing less.

Pete (DH) started EMT school this week. I am so proud of him. I think he will really enjoy this field. He really loves volunteering with the Fire Department.

I have been working for about 3 days to figure out how to spruce up my profile. I have been sitting here for 4 hours straight trying to figue out how to add  a background. I was just about to give up and ask Gina to work on it for me. Then I finally saw the little link to customize profile. Oh Boy was I ready to pull my hair out. I am not really sure this is the theme I am going to stick with but I am going to go with it for a while. Let me know what you honestly think.

The house has been a bit negelected the past few years. Pete's health was getting bad so he was not able to help much with the house and I was at my limit with seeing after him, working and trying to take care of our rental property. I could not do much with our house. Now that  Pete has had his WLS and is better health he is able to help me out with everything including getting our house in order. We have started a project to add a second bathroom. Then we plan to clean out the house.
I need to get off this computer and get busy. I have much work to do.

Our race to get the work finished at the Fire Department is over. We had our open house party this past Saturday (11-04-2006). It was a great day that included an auction that was successful. We were also successful with our annual Boston butt sale on Sunday.

I have not been on the board the last couple of weeks. We have a lot going on. We volunteer with a volunteer fire department. We are working to finish a remodeling project at the fire department. We have an open house party planned for November 4th. We still need to paint the class room and the kitchen. We also need to get the cabinets, counter tops, and appliances installed.
Here at the house we have started a project to add another bathroom. We had to tear some walls up and tear down an old chimney to get enough space for the bathroom. OH BOY do I have a mess in my house.
