Two weeks today

July 17....My surgery was July 2. Dr. Murphy was running on time and I remember seeing the clock in recovery and it said 3 pm. I was home about 6 pm. Look for Amanda in Day Surgery @ Goshen. Very nice lady.
I did take the prescribed pain medicine for 2-1/2 days. Tried to make sure there was no coughing, sneezing or laughing!
Since starting the two week pre-op Medifast diet, I am down 20 pounds. I do find myself getting hungary between meals and try to fill in with yogurt or cottage cheese. My first fill won't be until July 26 at the earliest.

Have had my first fill and lost more weight initially but now seem to have hit a brick wall. But I do feel better, walk more comfortably. Next fill is scheduled for 11/29/07.
