"The personal care assistants are WONDERFUL! Especially a lovely gal named Shondura, and a lovely lady named Mary. They were my angels! The nurses are a bit slow to respond to calls, and won't give meds until you ask for them (which I found out the hard way). In general, I was very pleased with Southpointe."

"Dr. Madison is a very polite man who listened to me and asked all the required questions. I cried a bit and he was without kleenex...ha ha...that was the worst part of my experience. His office staff were very accomodating and personable. I was hoping to get some anti-depressants or have some type of follow up sessions, however this was not mentioned at all by Dr. Madison and I felt uncomfortable asking him about it so nothing furhter was done. It has been about 1 week since my eval. and I have not yet heard if it is completed."
