I just feel so frustrated by this whole process of getting approval for the surgery. Between the insurance company and the staff at Dr. Schweitzer's office they are making this process more complicated than it should be. I don't understand how this doctors office functions is it so hard to have a little compassion. I have read others comments about his staff and it is so true.
