Hello... I am a 31 yr old salon owner in the kansas city area with no children, and after figuring my bmi, I'm only a few #'s away from being "super obese!!!!! My mother had lap band almost 2 yrs ago and has lost around 75?! Good but shes not motivated anymore and cheating by drinking while eating! Although I cant even imagine how hard it must be not to.... I just wish I could help or she would get back on track! SO...... yes I have been considering getting the lap band also but not sure yet. I'll be honest I sometimes feel that I'm just giving up if I choose sugery rather than just getting off my a** like the many others out there that have done..........why cant I? Anyway, I would like to have a child or 2... I think?.. and want them and me to be healthy as possible, so get in gear now or surgery?????
