"Went for my psych evaluation on 6/21. This is the only letter holding up my surgeon's office from sending my info the the insurance company.
I spoke w/Dr Primeau on 7/22 and she assured me that the letter would be sent that day. It is now 8/1 and after leaving several messages (no return calls) and the surgeon's office leaving messages and emails, we STILL don't have the letter. And no return phone calls either."
"Dr Grija is a great lady. Her staff is also terrific. It's not difficult to get an appointment, they are very accomodating. Corrina (the med asst) is really wonderful when you need blood drawn. Although I think I am only the 3rd or 4th patient seeking WLS, Dr Grija has been very supportive and helpful. Even though I am going to have my surgery at Loyola Hosptial and Dr Grija is affiliated with West Suburban Hospital she has help me coordinate my pre-op tests to get things moving. It was easier to get an appointment with a pulmonary doc through West Sub than Loyola (the wait for an appointment at Loyola was 3 months!!) and Dr Grija's office helped coordinate for me. "
