Wow!  It is getting very close to my sixth year.  I have not posted for a very very long time.  I have gained weight and lost weight.  In July of last year I topped 211.  I am down to 184 and wearing a size 14 pants.  I can live with that but continue to strive towards my happy point of 148.  I felt so good back then and it was not actually that long ago.  I had a complete hysterectomy in July of 07 and my weight was 158 which I maintained for sometime.  I then went up to 172 and went uphill from there.  I managed to level off at this time.  I do not get depressed as it will only cause me to eat and gain more weight.  I never want to be 340 again in my life.
