Greetings All,

Well I had a productive weekend.  I did the following exercise regimens.

Saturday Morning - 20 minutes treadmill

Sunday Morning - 15 minutes treadmill

Monday Morning - 15 minutes treadmill.

I haven't been working out this past weekend as much as I would like to.  My schedule has been pretty hectic and it has only allowed me to jump on for about 15-20 minutes.  I've noticed this on the scale as well.  I haven't loss, but haven't gained..  So, I will be out of town on business Tue-Thurs.  I will work out while I'm gone, but I really need to meet with my trainer.  I'm thinking maybe one day this week.

Anyway, I look at it this way, atleast I'm still moving......

Worked From Home Monday

Hello All,

Well I worked from home Monday and I had a chance to stop at the healthclub before really starting my day.  It was GREAT!!!!  I worked out on the eliptical for 35 minutes.  I burned double the calories that I do when I work out on my treadmill at home for the same amount of time.  I burned almost 300 calories and went almost 3 miles.......  I would have accomplished only 1.3 miles and 110 calories if I were on the treadmill.

I guess that means more eliptical machine for me...

Hello All,

Bad Gurl, I've been eating lots of sweets

Well, I got on the treadmill saturday morning and struggles, I mean struggled to do 30 minutes.  I just thank God that I was able to do the 30 minutes.

however, then I turned around and had some M&M's.  Bad Gurl...

well, this morning, I got up and it was an easy day for the most part.  Our church services were a blessing...  I ended up having some chips for lunch and then went by my mothers an hour later to get some dinner.  Wasn't hungry at all, actually, still full.  I ate a very small plate at her house and then came home...

Then an hour after that, I had some more chips..  This is bad...

I guess its just one day. I thank God that I have restriction, I'm just eating because its there.....  Praise God that after so much, I cannot tolerate it anymore because the band won't allow it in.

Personal Trainer-Still Going Strong

Greetings,

Okay, I worked out yesterday with the trainer.  

I decided not to get on the scale until Friday or Saturday morning.  I think I weigh myself to much and then if I get up and see water weight, I get upset.

So, we worked out for an hour and then I went on my merry way.

I'm going to get on the treadmill today or go skating with the family.

Greetings All,

Just wanted to update my page so when I read it, I can see my own progress.  I learned that this is more for me than for others.

I worked out with my trainer yesterday for 50 minutes, went to Church to feed the homeless and then went home and got on my treadmill for 20 minutes....

I think I deserve a pat on my own back

Hey Guys,

Just finished on the treadmill for 35 minutes.  Praise God.  

I feel really good.  I have GREAT RESTRICTION

I have the FAVOR of God on my Life. 

I am really happy.

God is doing a new thing in me...shall I not know it....

I'm truly blessed and I am truly happy and thankful for it...

I work out tomorrow with the Trainer...

Hello Guys,

Glad to report that I still have GREAT RESTRICTION.  It feels good to be at my SWEET SPOT.  Definitely cannot eat to much.  Some times I am not even hungry and I'm learning how not to pick up food just to be picking it up.

I'm happy.  I've been working out with my trainer.  Actually, it was my TOM and I didn't want to work out that hard because my energy levels are down then.  I chilled out and then wourled out on my treadmill for 30 minuntes on Saturday and 20 minutes on Sunday. 

I see the trainer again on today.  Boo Hoo.  But I know it helps.
