"So far so great. I tried BTC because my mother had her surgery there, but I called my insurance company and they aren't a contracted facility, so I asked them who was. I got in to my first consult with in a week of speeking with them. You actually meet with them at Edward Hospital now and it has been through some major reconstruction. The people are friendly, and prompt. I was given this packet with all the stuff I have to do, met with a excercise specialist and a nutritionist at the first visit. I was perscribed a gall bladder ultrasound. I was shocked I called to make the appointment thinking I would have to wait, I went in the very next morning. I have to do a sleep study and was able to get an apontment right after the coming holiday. I was expecting that with such a structured program I would be waiting for every step, but it is so well orginized that I dont mind the steps at all! They told me my letter to the insurance would be on its way in a couple days, and I should call them by the end of the following week to see that they have all they need. I am psyched and am very pleased so far with this doc!!!"
