I totally gave up on getting fills and guess what BAM!!! 
the scales started moving DOWNWARD!!!! I was like ok... WTF?? Then it hit me all these months i was TOO tight which stalled my weight loss. My last fill was in may and I've lost 12 lbs since. So to ALL BANISTERS please... don't think that being REAL tight will help you lose faster because I'm a witness that it wont. I took me a year to figure that out and I don't want you to learn the hard way too. I'm currently 219lbs from 278 THANK YOU LORD!!

although I haven't met my personal goal yet I'm good. I thank God I lived another year to see yet another birthday. I'm scheduled to have another fill this morning so wish me luck! I hope with this one I'll hit my sweet spot.

I'm back I know I haven't posted in awhile,but believe me I lurk this site EVERYDAY!! My weight loss has been steady. I had a slight setback last week because of the steroids the doc. put me on
. Thanks Bridgette 34,C.Duplex's, and Tay413 man ,y'all really helped me from going insane!!! I'm proud to say that ALL of you were right,the weight gain was temporary and I've lost it ALL plus some !!!!!!!! 
I'm inching into 14's now depending on where I buy it from. I've also been working out EVERYDAY sometimes twice a day the shit has become addictive I know your proud of me Bridge lol!!!! 
I have a new member to introduce..... my cousin Vonda39 she's hoping to have surgery,so any info that you can give her with what to expect after RNY will be appreciated. Gotta go!! MARNIKA

Hey O.H. Am I the ONLY pluckin one that's sensitive to fills? I'm getting sooooooooooo sick of this shiznet. EVERY time I get a fill I'm right back in getting a slight unfill. If I would have known I woulda had this many complications I would have went with gastric bypass. But even though I went to the seminars I was still uneducated about gastric bypass. I guess since I got this band now I just gotta work it but it is REALLY frustrating. Wish me luck y'all because this is truly a journey.

Hi O.H. just dropped by to share my good news with you. On Sunday my two oldest girls accepted Christ as their personal savior @ages 10 and 6. You know it made me feel good to see my kids walk in front of the church and ask to be baptized. I guess it's a wake up call for me too. On Sat. we buried one of my cousins and(neighborhood mom) she would tell you off and feed in in the same breath she was just real like that, didn't hold her tongue or spare feelings
not even to the pastor!!! Anyway my kids asked Mama where is she now? And I replied in heaven with grandmother.So they asked if we get baptized will we see them again and I explained to them the whole story of accepting Christ and to my surprise during church they got up on their own and accepted him too. So now what's my role? I can tell you this I have to be an example for my girls. I'm praying HARD for God to deliver me from my sometimes foul mouth

. Although March 11th marks my 1 yr anniversary my Doc. informed me not to celebrate it until July 11th . because I'm 4 months behind due to all of the unfill's I've had . I'm like oh well whatever
I think its time for me to upload some more pics. I'm going to wear clothes with color this time LOL , cause being a phat chic for so long it looks like the only color I own is black and blue !!!!! so watch out y'all code red is back up and poppin fine for 2009!!!!!!!!!
