Psyc eval went okay. He said I needed to attend their Lifestyle Change Class, visit the Dietitian, and attend at least 4 support group meetings. Since July 4th is the first meeting in Bloomington, and it is not going to happen, I will be attending all three of these items on July 25. I can then start the monthly support group meetings in Bloomington in August.

Surgical consult on June 11, 2007. Went well. Decided that the Roux-en-Y (Lap) will be the way to go.
All the paperwork is filled out and the doctors office has started putting things together for Anthem.
