I moved to AZ from MI to chase my RN Degree dream. I have twin boys that are 9 that keep me on my toes. I have been active with them. However, last July I had a complete hysterectomy. After that surgery I felt like a cat that had just been fixed. It did not mater what i did, I could not get the weight off. I have always been a bigger woman that dressed to the 9's but, for the last 8 months I have lost that look and feeling. I have wanted this surgery for over 5 years now. I have it approved thru my ins co and am going in for pre op this week. The long "lost" journey is now becoming a reality and it is a little scary. I live for the days that I can get a good night sleep without a machine, I can run again, feel like I am 25 again and just get my life back. I am going to school to become an RN. I want nothing more than that dream and this one -WLS to be a new road for a new future for my family and I.
