"He seemed to be very knowlegable. Staff was super nice at first, but after I submitted all my insurance info i called SEVERAL times to see if they received it and I got no where. The insurance coordinator left and they were all backed up with paperwork. Finally after tons of telephone calls and messages I got my answer. (About a month and a half later) "
