Ok so today is the first day that I finally feel good. The pain from the gas and air they put in you for surgery was making my shoulders and neck hurt so bad I almost wished I never heard of this surgery! But now that I'm having a good day I'm over it! Im struggling to get enough boost down. Crushing all these meds is getting old too. I am hoping that smaller ones will eventually be able to be swallowed and larger ones cut in half maybe.

Three days and counting... I started getting my bag packed for my surgery today. I have to do some last minute shopping for after surgery tomorrow. It is getting so close.

Well, the time passes fast and slow at the same time. I can't wait. At least I don't have to go to work anymore while I'm waiting. Today was the last day of work. I am very excited and have most of the stuff I think I need. Trying to get my room clean before surgery and get my new bed frame put together. :)

Feeling much better today! Rested up from all that testing. Only 6 more days!

Today was ALL the pre-surgery testing. I don't recommend doing that all in one day. Doing the EGD and then having appointments afterward was to much. X-rays, 10 viles of blood, EKG. EGD, my blood presure taken 100 times. Don't get me wrong I'm glad for the testing making sure I'm ok for the big day. But I should have split it up I think it would have been easier.

So, tomorrow I go for my surgery pre-testing. It will be a busy day full of yucky tests but it will be worth it.

Well my surgery is scheduled 9 days from today and I can't wait. I mean sure I am nervous but more excited. Wednesday is going to be all of my surgery pre-testing. The insurance is saying that won't cover any over night stays in the hospital. At this point I don't even care I won't let those idiots ruin my excitement. Time goes slow and fast at the same time...
