Hi My name is Carol. Just new to this site , I was told about this site from my support group i go to. so I check it out and that How I got here.
I am going thru the trim program at MMPC in Grand Rapids, Michigan
my insurance company requires me to go thru this program before surgery, I am now in the 9th week of the 12 week program and have lost 20#lbs. So I think I am doing well.
