First 3 weeks since surgery

I am new at this blogging thing, so I will give it my best shot.
Today is week 3 since surgery. I feel pretty good and I am starting to see a difference in my clothes am thinking in my head that I am losing weight. The scale does not reflect it the way that I would like, but then again it has only been 3 weeks.
I was advanced to the next phase of food... and my stomach is not responding well to it. I am eating exactly what I should and the exact amount I should, but I feel sick afterwards. I did not feel that way on full solids...so I am going back to that for a little longer. The food does not have that much nutritional value, so I think that I will be ok. I am getting all my protein in now. I found a product called New Whey. In only 3 ounces it contains 42 grams of protein. I mix it with iced tea and it is like drinking flavored tea. I am also very consistent with vitamins. So I hope the food thing will work itself out.
My one downfall is getting in enough exercise. I am back to work full time and am exhausted by the time I get home. But I plan on getting better at that part of this journey also.
