Hey everyone! Only two days until my mother's surgery! She is very nervous, so any bit of encouragement is appreciated! Right now she is waiting for her disability papers also, so she is worried about that. Thanks for all your support!

CJF WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS. I just got home from WLS today and I feel terrific. I pray that you have an easy Journey and try not to stress too much. Just close your eyes and Jump as if you were on a bungee cord, and Trust that God will bring you up. Hugz

CJF, I can relate to your feelings - when I got my insurance approval via phone I thought I would throw-up, when the letter came in the mail I thought I would throw-up, when the woman from my surgeons office called to tell me they would be calling me with a surgery date this week I wanted to throw-up. Don't get me wrong, I want this surgery, I'm excited to have the surgery, it's just that each time I get a step closer, I want to throw-up!!!! I'm assuming this is normal - if not I'm in trouble too! Good luck with your surgery, I'll keep you in my prayers.

Hi everyone! In 3 days I will be having surgery! Talk about a emotional basket case here! Plus the nausea I've been having for the past 2 weeks since I learned about my surgery date. Has anyone else pre-op have severe nausea? Or could it just be my Gallbladder kicking up problems? (Which does come out at the same time on Wed.) So if your pre-op and feel the same way let me know. If your post-op and remember if you were nauseated preo=op let me. Thanks. Congrats to all having surgery this week. And my thoughts are with those who have had surgery and to those who are just starting their journey. Big Hug!
