"My first impression of Dr. Overcash was that he was the nurse. He came to the waiting room and got me, weighed me in and escorted me to the exam room. He was very professional, thorough, and to the point. He explained all the risks associated with surgery. His office staff is very good and responsive and do not make you feel you are bothering them with all the calls. He put together a packet to go to the inusrance company and I was approved within two weeks. Dr. Overcash had me have some further testing for a cardiology workup. I expected him to be older. I have a good feeling about his ability and feel that things will go well. He did tell me at our first visit that he prefers to do the open surgery instead of laparoscopy which is fine with me.
04/26/03 I just realized that I never updated my surgeon profile. Well, what can I say about Dr. Overcash. I am so thankful for the work that he does. I had him as my wls surgeon and I also used him to do my tummy tuck. I guess that should say enough about how I feel about his ability and skill. He is an excellant surgeon and If I needed any other general surgery I would choose to use him again. "
