Wow, what a week. I had R-N-Y surgery on Tuesday, May 5th. I was surprised at how good I felt afterward but of course you don't feel much with all the stuff in your system. That damn drain tube they put in your nose.....pita or what!  I was all over the place, walking, in and out of bed....but then it hits you.....the second and third day, the soreness is crazy.  Went home on Thursday, was getting around pretty good but was nauseous and diarrhea for four days....pretty miserable. I had told my wife I planned on going back to work Monday......hahahaha....thats what she said too. I did feel much better Monday and even better Tuesday, wanting to eat cheeseburgers and stuff....lol. Not a good idea to watch food network one week out......big dummy!  Anyway, had my one week check-up today and everything is good.....lost 20 pounds in one week. Back to work tomorrow. I just need to keep on track and don't do anything dumb. That's what I have my wonderful wife Melissa for....to keep me in-line. I couldn't have done it without her! She is the best! Your the best honey, I love you soooo much!!!!   OK, that's all for now. I will try to keep this thing updated.
